ORDERING

To place your festive order with us, simply add the items you want from our Festive Menu to your shopping basket. Please do not mix festive products with our regular products menu as you will be unable to checkout.

Once you have added everything you require, proceed to your review your shopping basket, from there you can go to checkout once you are happy with the contents of your order. At checkout, complete the form by adding your details. If you require your order to be delivered to a different address from your billing address, check the box below the billing details to add the required delivery address.

Select the Delivery/Collection date preference, then select your preferred payment method. Please be aware, if you select a specific payment method then change your mind to another, you may have to re-select your Delivery/Collection date option.

Upon completion of payment, if your order is processed successfully, then you will then be taken to an order confirmation page showing the order ID, and a confirmation message. You will also receive an email confirmation with your order details.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION

Email notifications: Please add contact@rbrownandson.com to your safe senders list. You should receive an email notification shortly after you place your order. If you do not receive an email notification after 20 minutes please check your spam/junk mailbox. If you have still not received an email notification after a successful checkout, after following the recommended steps, please get in touch and we will look into it.

LAST ORDERS

To avoid disappointment we highly recommend orders are placed before last order dates to ensure higher availability of items.

  • Christmas last orders: Saturday 14th December
  • New Year last orders: Saturday 21st December

HOME-DELIVERIES

Our driver can deliver your festive order to your stated delivery address, on the day that you select when placing an order. Please leave any information in the ‘Order Notes’ which may help our drivers on the day. There will be a charge of £3.00 on all festive orders that choose our home-delivery service.

We will be delivering Christmas orders on the following two dates: Sunday 22nd & Monday 23rd December. Our New Year delivery service will run on Sunday the 29th of December.

We can deliver to the following Falkirk postcode areas: FK1, FK2, FK3, FK4, FK5, FK6 & FK7. If we are unable to deliver to your area you may wish to consider our shop collection option.

SHOP COLLECTIONS

For those that wish to, or have no other option, you can collect your festive order directly from the shop on the day you select when placing an order. There is no charge to collect your order from our shop.

Shop Collection for Christmas orders will be available on: Saturday the 21st, Monday the 23rd of December, or Tuesday the 24th of December (closing at 12:30pm), and for New Year you can choose to collect your order on Monday the 30th of December, or Tuesday the 31st of December (closing at 12:30pm)

REGULAR ORDERS

For our online customers, regular ordering will pause over the festive period and re-commence at the start of the New Year. Regular collections & deliveries will close from Thursday the 19th of December and resume again on Tuesday the 7th of January 2025.

The last chance to receive a regular order via this website will be Wednesday the 18th of December if you order it before midnight on the Tuesday. Please note, all our products can safely be kept in the freezer.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

We do try to make clear if third party groceries that we stock in our shop contain gluten, or whether they’re suitable for vegetarians or vegans. At times we may use products within the shop that may contain nuts, therefore we cannot guarantee any of our products to be free from nuts.
