    Wonderful Gigot Chops, great size, lovely & tender.
    Recipe: 4 Gigot Chops. 1 Large or 2 medium Onion, sliced, 3 Courgettes, sliced. 2 Tins Garden Peas, drained.
    Method: Lay a sheet of foil in a roasting tin, season the chops on both sides and place onto foil. Season Courgettes with salt & pepper, place Onions then Courgettes on top of Chops then spread the tinned peas over the top & around Chops.
    Bring the foil together and seal, place in oven at 180°, Gas 4 & cook for 45-50 minutes.
    Serve with Mashed Potatoes & Veg. Enjoy.
