- Our home delivery days are currently: Tuesday from 9am | Thursday from 9am | Saturday from 9am
- Currently, we can offer Delivery to certain areas of Falkirk District only.
Please check with us again in the future if you live outside our delivery zone, and please accept our apologies in the meantime. - We now offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY for all orders over £40.00. Local Delivery includes Larbert, Stenhousemuir, Kinnaird, Carron, Carronshore, Bainsford. If you should qualify for free delivery but it is not being applied let us know so we can adjust our postcode filter.
- We must add a small fee for delivery to cover the costs associated with running the service, if your order is under the qualifying amount for free delivery. This fee will depend on how far you are from our shop in Stenhousemuir. The FK postcode system is quite complex and you may find your delivery charge differs from time to time, this is simply as we’re constantly reviewing the milages involved and trying to build an accurate delivery rate system. - You should inform us if you are not likely to be in when we make our deliveries. If nobody is at home, nor have we received notice of an alternative place to leave your order, we must return it to our shop where you will then have to collect it from at your convenience.
- Our home deliveries start from 9am and generally finish around 12pm.
- We can only accept pre-payment using online methods, including Card Payments (via Paymentsense), or PayPal.
- For elderly customers we can make exceptions, they should call us if possible
- You will receive an email order confirmation with instructions stating the day your order will be delivered.
